To help you manage your new business model delivery, we offer personal one-to-one mentoring.
Our mentoring sessions will introduce you to a range of tools and methodologies to support and enhance the programme and its management. As well as guiding you through the implementation, our mentor will feedback about your new model’s performance as it takes effect.
In some cases we may be able to provide mentoring sessions with a peer group drawn from people in non-competing sectors. Designed to complement our one-to-one mentoring, these sessions will give you a wider range of feedback and use contracting methodology to help enhance your business performance.
The aim of our mentoring service is to help you implement your new business model successfully, alongside your day-to-day business management. With this extra support and guidance, you can be confident your new model programme is progressing correctly, so it can deliver the outcomes you expect.
